I&#039;m still sitting back and waiting.  There&#039;s a good chance the clean feed will never happen, because if the whole deal has come about from a too-cosy relationship between government and some sections of the IT industry, then the smart political compromise would probably be to throw tonnes of money at them to develop the filters but then abandon implementation, thus placating both the businesses and the voters (apart from the few who realise and resent the wastefulness of it, especially in tight economic times).</description>
