I have sometimes mixup feeling that I cannot get rid out of me. Try this: if you can go to a place where you can see the nature and start meditating on the good thing the creator gave to all of us and how nature show us the love he has for us as individual.

Have you ever read any books by Brian Tracy, I’m reading Maximum Achievement it talks alot about how you mind works.

It’s help me understand a lot about how and why I do certain things.

I remember reading Hay’s book back in 2001. I thought it was insightful at the time and found it useful to treat people of a New Age mentality. There are various systems of “self healing” and I always seem to see the same “experts” in the film versions.

I think you’re good enough, but I do understand where you’re coming from regarding the confidence factor. From time to time, everybody needs more confidence, even the best of us.
